If you feel you might have entered incorrect information in the registration form, reply to the email you will receive.
Check all email folders! If you’re using Gmail, the email might go straight to your Promotions folder.
Get a copy of your Transcript of Records
If you haven’t already, visit your University Registrar and ask about getting a copy of your Transcript of Records or Official Transcript. This is usually made available at least a month after graduation, but it might differ from institution to institution.
It’s best to contact your Registrar for more information. Note that in some cases, your University Registrar may take some time to release your Transcript of Records or Official Transcript, so it’s best to try and get it as early as possible!
Basically, we will need you to submit a document that documents your performance throughout your college career and proves that you are a fresh graduate. We do not accept diplomas as proof of graduation.
Look into getting your SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-Ibig or HDMF numbers.
The Philippine Government requires employers to collect this information from all applicants prior to employment, so you might want to start looking into sorting this all out.
If you don’t have this yet and if you need guidance, don’t worry. We will conduct a quick pre-employment briefing that will address this and other concerns on your testing date.
