Operations Admin Support

✅ Communicates and works with our clients - owners of small- to medium-scale businesses based abroad and coordinate with your team and 'POD' to deliver results to clients


✅ Accomplishes and manages daily tasks that include sending emails, scheduling appointments and/or travel arrangements, researching on the internet, and responding to email queries


✅ Works with Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs, as well as other online and offline tools


✅ Manages websites and social media accounts for our clients - post blog entries, upload files, design basic images, and manage comments (no need to know coding)


✅ Creates and designs PDF documents for online publication (no need to write content)
Solve day-to-day problems and fill process gaps

Digital Marketing Assistant

✅ Communicates and works with our clients - owners of small- to medium-scale businesses based abroad


✅ Collaborates with your team and 'POD' to deliver results for clients


✅ Accomplishes and manages daily tasks that include sending emails, scheduling appointments and/or travel arrangements, researching on the internet, and responding to email queries

Team Leader

✅ Manages and leads a team of Virtual Assistants, each of whom handles one or two unique customer accounts


✅ Works closely and collaborates with local and foreign members of the management/operations team


✅ Advocates for team members and fosters a collaborative, safe, non-toxic working environment


✅ Implements The Virtual Hub's policies


✅ Provides encouragement and motivation to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training of skill checks


✅ Monitors each team member's performance and develops and implements strategies to address or avoid individual performance issues


✅ Develops strategies to promotes team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals


✅ Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
