Operations Admin Support
Communicates and works with our clients - owners of small- to medium-scale businesses based abroad and coordinate with your team and 'POD' to deliver results to clients
Accomplishes and manages daily tasks that include sending emails, scheduling appointments and/or travel arrangements, researching on the internet, and responding to email queries
Works with Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs, as well as other online and offline tools
Manages websites and social media accounts for our clients - post blog entries, upload files, design basic images, and manage comments (no need to know coding)
Creates and designs PDF documents for online publication (no need to write content)
Solve day-to-day problems and fill process gaps
Digital Marketing Assistant
Communicates and works with our clients - owners of small- to medium-scale businesses based abroad
Collaborates with your team and 'POD' to deliver results for clients

Implements The Virtual Hub's policies
Provides encouragement and motivation to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training of skill checks
Monitors each team member's performance and develops and implements strategies to address or avoid individual performance issues

Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
